Tutorial starts slow/basic but gets to the camera's more advanced settings based on various scenarios. Follow me @mouseflip - A few tutorial updates: The scroll wheel near the viewfinder is called a diopter and it's for adjusting the internal magnification of the viewfinder. Basically, it is used for each person to adjust it according to their eyes.
